Fatty Legs Book Wrap Up

Over the past month, our class has been studying the story of "Fatty Legs." This story is about a young girl named Olemaun and the journey through her residential school experience. Fatty Legs is based on a true story and throughout the book we analyzed, synthesized ideas and made connections to our prior learning. We really enjoyed this story and wrapped up our book study with "Story Stockings" that retell her story.
